Mobile app disclosure: the data practices shown in Google Play’s Data Safety section or Apple’s App Privacy label must match the app’s actual permissions, features, third-party SDKs, and this policy.
1

Who we are and what this policy covers

SoftSolutioners (“Soft Solutioners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital design and development company based in Karachi, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit softsolutioners.com, contact us, use a SoftSolutioners-owned mobile application, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

This policy is intended to serve as the public privacy-policy URL for our website and mobile-app store listings. A client-owned or client-branded application may have a separate privacy policy identifying that client as the responsible party. The privacy notice shown in that application will control for its data practices.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide through the Services, including:

  • contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, and location when supplied;
  • inquiry and project information, including messages, briefs, uploaded materials, requested services, budgets, and timelines;
  • account or profile details when a particular application offers account functionality;
  • content you submit through an application, such as support requests, preferences, form entries, or media you intentionally upload; and
  • transaction and business records, such as proposals, invoices, payment status, and support history. We do not ask you to send full payment-card details through our contact forms.
3

Website, app, and device information

When you use the Services, our systems and service providers may automatically receive technical information needed to operate, protect, and improve them. This can include IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, app version, language, time zone, referring pages, pages or features used, timestamps, crash information, and diagnostic logs.

An individual mobile application may request access to device features—such as camera, photos or files, notifications, microphone, or approximate or precise location—only when that access supports a visible feature. The application will request permission through your device where required. You can deny or revoke permissions in device settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable. Each app’s store disclosure identifies the data types used by that app and must be read together with this policy.

4

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website and applications may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, security, performance measurement, and analytics. Where required, we ask for consent before using non-essential technologies.

You can control cookies through your browser and mobile permissions through your device settings. Blocking an essential technology may affect how a Service works.

5

How we use information

We use information for the following business and operational purposes:

  • provide, maintain, personalize, and troubleshoot the Services and requested app features;
  • respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver projects, provide support, and communicate about your request;
  • authenticate users and protect accounts, infrastructure, users, and the public from fraud, abuse, and security threats;
  • process business transactions, maintain records, and enforce our agreements;
  • measure performance, understand feature usage, fix crashes, and improve accessibility and user experience;
  • send service messages and, where permitted, relevant business updates that you can opt out of; and
  • comply with law, resolve disputes, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7

When we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • vendors that support hosting, cloud storage, email, communications, analytics, security, customer support, and payment administration, under appropriate contractual or confidentiality obligations;
  • a client organization when you use a client-directed service and the disclosure is necessary to fulfill your request;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety;
  • a successor or prospective successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction; and
  • another party when you direct us or give valid consent.

Third-party platforms and SDKs may process information under their own privacy notices. Mobile-app Data Safety and App Privacy answers must include applicable third-party SDK behavior.

8

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Retention depends on the nature of the data, the duration of our relationship, operational and security needs, contractual commitments, legal limitation periods, and tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements. Contact inquiries that do not become active projects are periodically reviewed and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Project and transaction records may be kept for the period required to administer the relationship and meet legal obligations.

You may request deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please identify the website or app concerned and the email or account identifier used. We may verify your identity before acting. We will delete or de-identify eligible data from active systems and instruct relevant processors, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and recordkeeping exceptions. If an app supports account creation, deletion may also be available inside the app.

9

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures may include access controls, least-privilege practices, secure service providers, backups, and encryption in transit where supported. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent or appeal a decision. You may also:

  • unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us;
  • manage cookies through your browser settings and app permissions through your device settings;
  • request account or data deletion using the process in the Retention and deletion section; and
  • complain to your local privacy or data-protection authority where that right applies.

We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions, and we may need information to verify and locate your records.

11

International data transfers

We are based in Pakistan and may use service providers in other countries. As a result, information may be processed outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

12

Children’s privacy

Our general Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user’s jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the general Services. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete it. A child-directed application, if offered, will provide additional age-appropriate disclosures and controls.

13

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our Services or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here, update the date above, and provide additional notice where a change is material or the law requires it. Store disclosures will be updated when an app’s data practices change.
